2 minutes of easy jogging, biking or rowing

20 seconds of banded steps forward and backward

5 hip & back extensions

1 x Clean Warm Up with empty bar (45/35)

2 rounds, not for time, with an empty/light barbell, of:

3 deadlifts, starting from mid-shin

3 hang muscle cleans, starting from just above the knee

3 front squats (2 seconds pause in the bottom of the squat)

3 hang squat cleans, starting from just above the knee

Strength/Skill

For quality:

10 L/10 R Single Leg Box Jumps, pick height

Athlete Instructions

Jump from single leg, land with both legs.
